3. Eligibility
By submitting a restaurant or interacting with Dineopedia, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- You are authorized to represent the restaurant submitted.
- The information you provide is accurate and lawful.
4. Restaurant Listings
4.1 Sources of Listings
Restaurant listings may originate from:
- Restaurants using Dinemetrics services, or
- Direct submissions via the Dineopedia submission form.
All listings are subject to review and approval before publication.
4.2 Accuracy of Information
While we strive to ensure accuracy, Dineopedia does not guarantee that:
- Restaurant information is complete
- Opening hours are current
- Contact details are accurate
Restaurants are responsible for notifying us of inaccuracies.
4.3 Listing Approval and Removal
We reserve the right to:
- Approve or reject any listing at our discretion
- Modify submitted content for formatting or clarity
- Remove listings that are inaccurate, unlawful, misleading, or violate these Terms
We are under no obligation to publish every submission.
5. Free Listings
Restaurant listings on Dineopedia are currently offered free of charge.
We reserve the right to introduce paid features or premium options in the future.
Free listing does not create a contractual obligation for continued publication.
6. No Endorsement
Inclusion of a restaurant on Dineopedia does not constitute:
- Endorsement
- Certification
- Recommendation
Dineopedia does not verify food quality, safety compliance, or regulatory licensing of listed restaurants.
Users must independently evaluate restaurants before engaging with them.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on Dineopedia, including:
- Logo
- Branding
- Design
- Layout
- Text
- Software structure
is owned by or licensed to Dinemetrics.
Restaurant names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not:
- Copy platform content
- Scrape data
- Reproduce listings at scale
- Use automated tools to extract data without permission
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Impersonate a restaurant
- Use automated systems to submit listings
- Attempt to disrupt the platform
- Reverse-engineer the platform
- Introduce malicious code
Violation may result in listing removal and legal action.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Dineopedia is provided “as is”
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- We are not liable for inaccuracies in restaurant information
- We are not responsible for transactions or disputes between users and restaurants
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where exclusion is unlawful.
10. Relationship to Dinemetrics
Dineopedia is a product of Dinemetrics.
Submission of a restaurant to Dineopedia does not automatically create a Dinemetrics customer relationship.
If a restaurant requests a Dinemetrics POS demo, separate contractual terms will apply.
11. Privacy
Use of Dineopedia is subject to our Privacy Policy.
By using this website, you acknowledge that personal data may be processed in accordance with that policy.
12. Data Accuracy Responsibility
If you submit a restaurant listing, you confirm that:
- You have authority to submit the information
- The information does not infringe third-party rights
- The information complies with applicable laws
You agree to indemnify Dineopedia against claims arising from inaccurate or unauthorized submissions.

Dineopedia may contain links to third-party websites.
We are not responsible for:

- Third-party policies
- Third-party services
Accessing third-party websites is at your own risk.
